Member Services

Access to member tools (BaZi Calculator, Fengshui Compass) requires a valid subscription. Tool subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled. Course enrolment is handled separately through Master Yixin's own system and is not governed by these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platform or attempt unauthorised access. An account belongs to one person: you may be signed in on up to two devices at a time (for example a phone and a computer), and you may not share your account or sign-in with anyone else. BaZi charts and tool outputs are for your personal use, except where a professional tool is assigned to your account as described below.

Professional Tools

Some tools, such as BaZi Pro, are assigned to individual accounts for professional use, including consultations with your own clients. If you save a client's name, birth details or other personal data on our platform, you confirm that you have told the client and obtained their agreement, that you will use their data only for your consultation with them, and that you will delete it when they ask or when you no longer need it. You are responsible for your clients' personal data; we store it on your behalf only to calculate the charts you ask for. Deleting a saved profile, or your account, deletes the client data held with it.

All course materials, tools, and content are the intellectual property of Straits Intelligence Pte. Ltd., licensed for use by Yixin Academy and Jiu Yun Tang Fengshui Consultancy Pte. Ltd. They may not be reproduced without permission.
