Master Yixin — full name Zhu Yixin (朱一心), also known as Maggie Zhu — is the founder of Yixin Academy and of Jiu Yun Tang Fengshui Consultancy (yixinfengshui.com).
Master Yixin (Zhu Yixin) is a fourth-generation inheritor of the Wei Qianli BaZi lineage. She was personally trained by a renowned Malaysian Feng Shui Master of the Xuan Qiao Yuan Shen school, who also serves as the Chief Feng Shui Master of the Fugui Group, and she is his sole formally initiated disciple in Singapore. She is from Beijing and is now a Singapore citizen, having made Singapore her home for over two decades. She is the only Singapore-based fourth-generation disciple of the revered master Wei Qianli — one half of the legendary "South Yuan, North Wei" pairing — who was celebrated in the Republican era, having served Chiang Kai-shek, Soong May-ling, and many other prominent figures, and authored the classic text Qian Li Ming Gao (《千里命稿》). She also holds an MBA from JCU Australia. She has long been engaged in the research and practice of BaZi, Xuan Kong Fengshui, Yi Jing, and Tong Sheng date selection, with over 10 years of professional experience.
Courses are personally taught by Master Yixin. She is the founder and Chief Fengshui Master of Jiu Yun Tang Fengshui Consultancy Pte. Ltd., Singapore, and founder of Yixin Academy, specialising in Yang and Yin Dwelling Fengshui, BaZi consultation, and Yi Jing divination. She is well-versed in the four major systems of BaZi (Four Pillars), Xuan Kong Fengshui, Yi Jing divination, and Tong Sheng date selection — committed to teaching traditional Chinese metaphysics in a systematic, logic-driven, and practically applied way, carrying forward orthodox lineage while blending it with modern, practical Fengshui application and professional BaZi analysis.

Teaching Philosophy
Master Yixin is committed to teaching traditional Chinese metaphysics in a way that is systematic, grounded in strong metaphysical fundamentals, rooted in underlying logic, and geared toward practical application. She believes Chinese metaphysics is most valuable when it is genuinely understood — not memorised as a list of rules. Her teaching focuses on real comprehension and the ability to apply knowledge independently, so students can analyse charts on their own — rather than taking a quick-fix shortcut where they study but never gain the ability to actually use what they've learned.
Classes are kept deliberately small to allow for questions and personalised feedback. Many students go on to take advanced courses after completing the foundational ones, and Master Yixin also opens a study group after class, where students can learn from and support one another — she personally makes time to guide students and answer questions they encounter in real practice.
In addition, after completing her BaZi course, Master Yixin runs a year-long practical Zoom mentorship, helping students put what they've learned into real use — solving a problem many face after finishing a course: not knowing how to actually begin reading a chart.
Why Study Chinese Metaphysics?
BaZi, Fengshui, Yi Jing, and Tong Sheng are sophisticated analytical systems developed over centuries. They offer vocabulary for understanding patterns in character, timing, environment, and decision-making that Western frameworks do not easily provide.
